Silver
Silver is the higher analogue of white and should be imagined as a scintillating, constantly changing colour. It stimulates the top end chakras, causing them to vibrate faster, thereby opening up the inner eye. This increases intuition, perception, interpretation and vision. It also connects us more closely with the female energy force in the universe.
It is an extremely demanding force, though, since it is one of the major components of the subtle Body known as the Celestial Body, which is that part of us that is closest to Godhead. For this reason prolonged exposure can cause major psychic or psychological schism.
The tone has no therapeutic use whatsoever, and is most often used in meditative or spiritual work.
When worn, silver produces a dazzling, other worldly effect - hence its regular appearance in party clothes, where we want to make a big impression on the people who see us. When used extensively in decor it can be extremely bad for the health!! It stimulates, thereby inducing insomnia and restlessness.
